EPFO has separate Grievance Management system section
where you can register your compliance and EPFO reply on this, and as per EPFO
Grievances can be lodged at any place and will land in concerned office to
which the grievances pertain. Grievances can be sent to Head office at New
Delhi or to the field offices now 135 across the country.

Step by Step How to file Grievance in
new Portal.
First we need to open below link or Type “EPF Grievance”
in google.
After this click register Grievance. Under register
grievance please click PF Member under status tag if you are an employee.
Under Universal Account Number fill your 12 Digit UAN No.
and enter security code.
After doing this click on Get Details Tab and click Get
OPT, after that you will get a OPT on
your register mobile no.
After getting OPT Put it in to OTP section and Click
submit button.
Fill Personal details under the Personal Details Tab.
After this click on Select PF Number to lodge grievance
against *(Click on PF No)
After this we need to select on option from Grievance
related to: PF office / Employer / EDLI/ Pre pension, select one from them.
Select grievance category means your grievance is related
to. Select one from them.
Fill Grievance Description on the same means give details
information about your problem over here.
After that upload documents if any available add it from
Browse button after this click on +Attached button to attach documents. (*only
PDF file is supportable)
After doing this, click on update button and you will get
below page.
Then Click submit Button, and you will get Registration no
on your registered mobile No and Email ID.
Generally EPFO take around 30 days to solve it but as per
my experience with in 5 to 6 working day they resolved the problem.
Apart from it you can send reminder on your Grievance if
you cannot get any response from them or you can also check status of your
grievance.

My personal experience is good with this portal as one of
my friend’s basic details is mismatch with his KYC details and he is submitted
his all supporting documents to PF office for correction and after passing 3
Months he did not get any correction on his UAN portal but after submitting
Grievance on EPFO portal within a 7 days his basic details get updated.
